Our response to Coronavirus
The safety and wellbeing of our potential homeowners and staff is our priority
As the COVID-19 situation evolves, we're continuously revising our processes, going beyond the government guidelines to protect everyone in our communities.
Getting to know us
We think it is best to do a lot more than ever before over the phone and using the internet where possible and that’s why we’ve created more ways to visit - without setting foot in site if you don’t want to.
We’ll be offering live bespoke pre-booked virtual tours via Zoom, WhatsApp and Microsoft Teams or we can send you a pre-recorded tour to view.
You can also request a telephone call back via our website, at a time to suit you.
As seeing is believing, we do however remain open and believe that visitors can view safely and securely within our stringent visit guidelines.Visits
We remain open for pre-booked visits only.
Expect to run through some quick questions on the telephone ahead of coming to the development, to be temperature screened on arrival and to follow specific practices highlighted during the visit, which our sales consultant will help you with at the time.
We will require you to use a face mask, hand sanitiser and wear gloves – all of which we will provide - before going into the development.
Guidelines for viewings & visitors
Managing viewings safely
All viewings are arranged in advance by our Sales teams. Customers can stay for a maximum of 60 minutes which will be 2 people from the same household.
We only allow 5 viewings a day maximum to allow adequate time to air rooms and wipe touch points between visits.
Locked-door policy
Our show home will operate a strict, locked-door policy. Doors will only be opened to those with booked appointments.
Hygiene
Everyone attending a viewing will have their temperature taken before entering the sales office where they will be asked to wash their hands upon or use hand sanitiser and will be asked to put gloves on. We will also require all visitors to wear a face covering.
Checking the health of visitors
Customers are required to complete a questionnaire to check that they don't have any Covid-19 symptoms. In addition, they will have their temperature taken on arrival – if anyone has a high temperature, they will be asked to return home and re-book once their temperature has returned to normal.
